of your caravan park including floor to ceiling windows,
curved plaster ceilings, a huge ensuite bathroom and
a luxury fit out.
The Mod Pod is handcrafted on the Surfcoast, utilising
a portal steel frame design, allowing alterations
to window and door openings to suit your park!
Additionally, the Mod Pod can be built to some of the
highest BAL fire ratings to satisfy CFA, building and
planning requirements for parks in high fire areas
or to comply with bushfire planning overlays.
